Another cleanup of the Botanical Garden in Plovdiv is being organized by local enthusiasts who have taken care of the site multiple times before. The event will take place on December 9 from 11 a.m. to 2-3 p.m. Our team aims to continue holding regular cleanup events at the Botanical Garden, where rare plants and trees still grow. We invite everyone interested to join us and dedicate two to three hours to this worthwhile initiative.

We are doing this to assist the Agricultural University and the Plovdiv Municipality in preparing the area for the future planting of new trees and shrubs, once the new fence is built, say the cleanup organizers. The garden covers over 150 decares. It is 100% state-owned and managed by the Agricultural University.
