The Botanical Garden of the Agricultural University of Plovdiv is seeking volunteers to assist with the cleaning of its grounds. All supporters are welcome to join the initiative, which takes place every second Saturday of the month from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Who?

The Botanical Garden of the Agricultural University of Plovdiv, Trakia district, Plovdiv Municipality, and the city residents.

Why?

Currently, the Botanical Garden features around 150 species of decorative trees and shrubs, some of which are unique to our country. Let’s all contribute to restoring the Botanical Garden and transform it into a paradise-like spot, making it an additional tourist attraction that appeals to both residents and visitors of our beautiful city.

Requirements for Volunteers:

A positive attitude and a willingness to help restore the beauty of the Botanical Garden.

Needed Equipment:

Comfortable clothes and shoes, work gloves, garden shears, rakes (if you have them).

How to get to the Botanical Garden – Directions:
– Take bus number 21 or 22 towards Trakia, stop number 348 (“Skobeleva Maika”) on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd.
– Take bus number 18, 24, 29, or 9 towards Trakia, stop number 215 (“Restaurant Toni 2000”) on Săedinenie Street.
