... FROM OBLIVION TO RENOVATION!
The Botanical Garden at the Agrarian University of Plovdiv is looking for volunteers to help with the cleaning of its territory. All well-wishers and supporters can take part in this activity, which is held every second Sunday of the month from 11.00 am to 14.00 pm.

Who?
Botanical Garden at the Agrarian University of Plovdiv, Trakia Community, Plovdiv Community, residents of the city.
Why?
Currently the territory of the Botanical Garden contains around 150 species of decorative trees and shrubs, some of which are unique for our country. So let us all help restore the Botanical Garden and turn it into a Paradise Corner so that it becomes another tourist attraction appealing both for inhabitants and guests of our beautiful city.
Requirements for volunteers?
Good mood and desire to restore the beauty of the Botanical Garden.
Need equipment?
Comfortable clothes and footwear, work gloves, garden clippers, rakes (if you have any).

By bus number 21, 22, direction Trakia destrict, stop number 348 (“Skobeleva Maika”) on the Tsarigradsko Shose blvd./
By bus number 18, 24, 29, 9, direction Trakia, stop number 215 “Restaurant Tony 2000” on the “Saedinenie”str.

Territory cleaning 26.11.2017
To be really honest I didn’t expect that somebody will come as we started to ask people on Friday afternoon but.. I want to thank all of you who came and helped us to START.

How the territory which we cleaned look like now
How the territory which we cleaned look like now? It is clean, transparent and nobody can hide there… And this small cherry tree is in blossom now:). and you can see it because now it is not covered with garbage and wild shrubs.
