Nata Elis initiated the effort on social media, and the cleanup continues.Volunteers of all ages took advantage of today’s warm and sunny weather to reveal the beauty of the Botanical Garden in Plovdiv. Organized by Ukrainian Nata Elis through social media, they continued their work with full force this Sunday, cleaning the area of over 150 decares. On her Facebook page, Nata posted photos of beautiful spring flowers that have emerged in the cleaned areas.

The organizers provide tree pruning shears, shovels, trash bags, and other tools needed for the volunteer initiative. Nata Elis thanked the mayor of the “Trakia” district for his support and assistance. “With his help, all the trash collected from previous volunteer actions was removed,” wrote Nata and called: “Let’s roll up our sleeves together and turn the Botanical Garden into a magical place for us and our children to enjoy!”

Through their efforts, the participants aim to assist the Agricultural University and the Plovdiv Municipality in preparing the area for future planting once the new fence is built.
